How an export order runs
You send a configuration or a workload. We quote the build in writing, with the fitted options named. You confirm; before shipment you can ask for serial numbers and condition photos of the actual units. Shipment is arranged to your destination with the export paperwork following the approved configuration.
The two habits that keep export orders clean are a written configuration both sides sign off on, and serial-number confirmation before the crate closes. Both are standard practice here, not extras.
