Rack server supply

Rack servers are the default building block of the modern machine room: dual-socket 1U and 2U systems that stack into standard racks for cloud nodes, virtualisation hosts, databases and general compute. We supply the current rack lines from four makers, configured to order.

Models and lines we supply

The rack range at a glance

1U servers halve the rack space per node and suit scale-out compute where each node carries a modest drive count. 2U servers trade that space for configuration depth: more memory slots, more drive bays, more expansion slots and larger power supplies. Most mixed estates run both — 1U for the scale-out tier, 2U for the hosts that carry storage or accelerators.

Across the lines we supply, the same two processor platforms recur: Intel Xeon Scalable in its current generations, and AMD EPYC. Platform choice drives memory type and expansion layout, so it is the first line on any configuration request.

Ordering a rack server

Send the model or the form factor, the processor target, memory size, drive layout and rail and power requirements for your racks. We quote the configuration as specified and confirm the fitted options before shipment, so the crate that arrives matches the rack it is going into.
